This site collects almost nothing.

Not as a policy position. As a fact about the files, which you can check yourself in about a minute without taking our word for it.

Virtual Vitalis runs 0 advertising trackers and 0 third-party marketing pixels on this site. There is no Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, no TikTok pixel and no third-party analytics of any kind. Both typefaces are served from this domain, so loading a page makes 0 requests to a font service.

Open your browser's network tab and reload. Every request you see should be to this domain. If you find one that is not, that is a defect and the sentence above is wrong — tell us and it comes off the page.

What our hosting provider sees.

This is the part most privacy pages leave out, and leaving it out makes them inaccurate. Serving a web page requires a server, and a server records the request: your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser's user-agent string, and the time. That happens for every website you have ever visited, including this one, and it happens before any code we wrote runs.

We do not read those logs to build a profile of you, we do not join them to anything else, and there is nothing else here to join them to.

Not written — waiting on the founder

The hosting provider is not named on this page and its log-retention period is not stated, because neither is confirmed. Both go here before launch. Naming the wrong provider, or guessing at a retention period, would be a false statement in a privacy notice — which is a materially worse failure than an admitted gap.

Some pages link to source documents at fda.gov and ftc.gov, because a claim without a source is not worth reading. Following one of those links takes you to a government server under its own privacy practices, not ours. We are not told that you clicked.

If you contact us.

If you email, we have your email and whatever you wrote in it, for as long as the conversation is useful. That is the whole of it. There is no mailing list, no sequence, and no list your address is added to by writing to us.

If you become a customer.

There is no checkout on this site today, so 0 payments have been taken through it. When there is one, the card details go to the payment processor and never to us — we would see that a payment succeeded and who it was from, and not a card number.

What you discuss in a session stays in the session. Virtual Vitalis sells 0 customer data, shares 0 customer data with advertisers, and has 0 arrangements under which anything you say becomes marketing material.

Not written — waiting on the founder

The payment processor, the scheduling tool, and any email provider are not named here because none is wired up yet. Each one is a party that will see something about you, and each is named on this page in the release that adds it — not afterwards.

Your side of it.

Ask what we hold about you and you get told. Ask for it to be deleted and it is deleted, other than anything a law requires us to keep, which today is nothing because there is nothing.

Virtual Vitalis Wellness Education & Coaching does not sell personal information, and it does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Those two sentences are written in the negative because that is the form the statutes use. Stated the other way: this company has 0 data-sharing arrangements and earns $0 from anyone but its own customers.

Changes to this page.

This page changes when the site does, in the same release, not later. Any time a count above stops being 0, the number on this page changes in the commit that made it stop being 0.

This page is a plain description of what this site does, written by the people who built it. It is not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer against the requirements of any particular state or country.
