Virtual Vitalis Wellness Education & Coaching provides wellness education and coaching. These terms say what that is, what it is not, and which parts of this document are not written yet.
Incomplete, and published that way
This page is short because it contains only things that are true today. Several sections a finished terms page needs — limitation of liability, governing law, and the refund policy in full — are absent rather than templated, because nobody here is qualified to write them and a clause we have not read is not a clause we will publish. They ship, written by a lawyer, before this site takes any money. There is no checkout on this site today.
What the service is.
Virtual Vitalis provides health education and coaching. Virtual Vitalis does not diagnose conditions, prescribe or supply medications, or provide medical treatment, and does not replace care from your licensed clinician.
Virtual Vitalis sells 0 supplements, 0 prescriptions, 0 laboratory tests and 0 products of any kind, and takes 0 commissions from any pharmacy, supplement brand, laboratory or telehealth company. Nothing said in a session or written on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, or treatment.
Decisions about your health are yours, made with a licensed clinician who knows your history. If you are having a medical emergency, contact emergency services rather than this company.
Who may buy.
Adults. Virtual Vitalis provides education and coaching for adults and does not knowingly provide it to anyone under 18, or collect anything from them.

The first session is charged once, renews 0 times, and includes the first month of membership. Membership is billed monthly with 0 minimum term, begins only if you choose to continue, and cancelling stops the next charge. What the membership includes is not yet written down, and until it is, there is nothing on this site that can charge you for it.
Both prices are published on this site rather than after a review. If you are ever quoted a number that is not one of the 2 on the how-we-work page, that is an error and it is ours.
What is not promised.
No result, outcome, improvement, or level of health is promised anywhere on this site or in any session, and none is implied. Virtual Vitalis publishes 0 testimonials, 0 case studies, 0 before-and-after claims and 0 statistics about what customers achieved, because it holds evidence for none of them.
What is promised is narrower and checkable: every factual sentence published here has a source and a date, and you may ask for either.
Materials from a session.
Notes, reading lists and written summaries produced for you are yours to keep and to use for yourself. Virtual Vitalis retains the rights to its own written and recorded material, which is not licensed for redistribution or resale.
Changes to these terms.
When these terms change in a way that affects what you are buying, the change is made on this page and dated, and anyone with an active membership is told directly rather than by silent edit.
Not written — waiting on the founder
The effective date, the legal entity name and its home state, the governing law, and the address and email for legal notice are not written here because the entity and its state are not settled. There are 0 placeholders standing in for them on this page — they are simply absent, which is the visible version of the same gap.
Reaching a person.
There is no contact address published on this site yet. When there is, it goes here and in the footer at the same time, and it reaches a person rather than a form.
